Party in the PARC – Saturday 16th June 2018

Party in the PARC 2018 promises to be yet another fantastic day out for all the family with live bands, beer from Wickwar Brewery, kid’s activities and a huge selection of food. All this entertainment for you to enjoy on the day, plus you will have the wonderful feeling of knowing that your ticket is contributing to developing the facilities at the PARC for the local community too!

Beginning at 12 noon we will have music, family activities, food, drink and special guest exhibitors for you to enjoy throughout the day and into the evening. Last year over 1,000 people enjoyed an afternoon in the sunshine followed by an evening of drinking and dancing until sundown (and beyond!). We really hope that you are planning to join us again in 2018.

This year we have a wide range of bands from far and wide including headliners Good God No and The Rosellys.

For families, we are planning for the return of the ever-popular Junkfish, Solo Circus, face painting, rides and much more.

For those who like a more sedate afternoon eating and drinking in the sunshine, Wickwar Brewery have returned as our main sponsor and the beer tent will be serving serval of their best ales. There will also be prosecco and Pimms available as well as a huge selection of food from vendors such as Born Sloppy and Cameron’s Catering.

UPDATE: Online ticket sales finished at 22:00 on Wednesday 13 June. They are still on sale at Milburys, Bennett Jones, The Star Inn and the Wickwar Brewery shop. Tickets will also be available on the day but we advise getting here early to avoid disappointment.

Family tickets are for two adults and up to three children. Child tickets are for anyone aged under 18 but under 5s go free!

-Your Paypal receipt acts as your ticket. We will have a list of names of everyone who purchased one online.

-Tickets will be available on the gate but we advise you get here earlier rather than later to avoid disappointment.

-The entrance will be in front of the 3G and Astro pitches, at the gate between the KLB and WCSF sites. Entry will not be allowed anywhere else.

-Parking for ticket holders will be in the KLB/Sports Centre car park, only. However, it would be great if you could ditch the car and make your way on foot to the event to reduce congestion, save the planet and leave more money in your wallet to spend at the party!

-Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed on the site.

-We will be operating a Challenge 25 policy on sales of alcohol. If you’re lucky enough to look under 25 please bring some form of ID with you.

-Please don’t bring any alcohol with you. There will be bag searches in place by our professional security team and there’s plenty of great beers, ciders, Pimms and prosecco on sale!

-Please respect our neighbours on your way home and keep noise to a minimum.

-All children are the responsibility of their parent/guardian.

-Please remember this part of our site is a field and not a sports field. Whilst we take every care to ensure your health and safety please take due precautions to ensure the safety of yourself and your family.

-Party Organisers will be wearing high-vis jackets. Go have a chat with them if you need any assistance.

-Tickets will be on sale on the day but please get here nice and early to avoid disappointment!

-Gates open at 12 noon and the event closes at 11pm. Last ticket sale is 9pm. Last entry with a ticket is 10pm.
